Our winery is located in the heart of the Langhe, one of the geographical areas with the most ancient and wide tradition in wine growing and producing in Italy and the whole World

The grapes involved in the production of our wines come from vineyards belonging to our family in the Langhe area, but also from farms with which we deals and collaborates since many years

ORIGINS

The story of the Dogliani family starts more than 150 years ago, when in 1856 the "Generale" Domenico Dogliani decided to turn his passion in job. In this way, everything begun...

PAST

At the beginning of the XX century, the winery has been managed by Ambrogio. In a period of many changes, he was able to give solid foundations to our firm. However, the breakthrough came with Augenio and Piera, the third generation of our family.

PRESENT

The Dogliani Il Generale wine company is today ably managed by Ilario, Alberto and Mauro. The fraternal union that makes strength.

FUTURE

Now, after almost twenty years of innovation and constant evolution, the Dogliani Il Generale is ready to be run by the fifth generation. This is already represented by a production manager, a PhD in oenology and agronomy and an executive for international marketing.

OUR WINES

We produce our wines honoring our nature and tradition. Red, white and rosé are constantly improved and aim at a unique sensorial pleasure, which makes people feel well when it comes to be reunited with souls and conviviality.

Genuine, from indigenous grapes, of uncommon quality, for collectors, lovers or simply wines for every table and every meal.
